I’m a feminist researcher and academic working at the crossroads of gender, care labour, and motherhood.

As an Assistant Professor in India, I teach Gender and Development Studies to postgraduate students. When I'm not in the classroom, I am exploring words and worlds as a researcher, writer, and mother. You can learn more about my work and find my CV here.

I have thirteen years of research experience and nine years of teaching experience.

I have completed PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee (with University Grants Commission-Junior Research Fellowship), and have Master's Degrees in Women Studies and Development Studies. I have also obtained certifications from various international agencies such as the International Training Centre-International Labor
